ITALIAN ONLINE COURSES
FOR US UNIVERSITIES 

Sant'Anna Institute-Sorrento Lingue organizes Italian language courses online using an audio visual platform for online teaching that is specifically designed for college students.

The courses welcome students from any American university (and any academic department). Credits are transferrable through SUNY Alfred State’s College of Technology.

Course Outline:

·         3 credits per course (available during fall and spring semesters)

·         Two 75 minute classes per week with a total of 30 lessons

·         Maximum classroom size of 15 students

·         Each virtual class corresponds to a level of proficiency (from Italian 101 to Italian 106)

·         Teachers are mother tongue, certified and specialized in distance learning

·         There is also a tutor available to review assignments posted on the platform and to help students with particular concerns or difficulties

·         Evaluation: homework exercises, midterm and final exams
